The Manager, Treasury will be part of a highly experienced Treasury and Finance team facing the daily challenge of managing complex information flow in a sophisticated corporate environment.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Exercise strong management and entrepreneurial skills to ensure that projects are managed successfully, efficiently, and profitably
• Take a leading role in development projects from earliest planning stages through to completion (this requires performance of a broad spectrum of acquisitions & treasury duties at an advanced level)
• Deliver key aspects of the department’s strategic plan and key performance indicators
• Work on special corporate projects that span development, high rise, and new ventures


What you will Bring to Fusion Homes:

• Experience dealing with a diverse range of treasury, cash management and funding responsibilities
• Proven ability managing critical, time-sensitive transactions, within a  fast paced environment
• Excellent judgment, good common sense, a positive attitude and a sense of humour. You must be interested and willing to learn!
• A genuine alignment with our corporate vision and values


Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Real Estate industry experience will be considered a strong asset)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or other related program
• Strong business acumen,  problem-solving and  analytical skills
• Banking and lending knowledge would be  considered an asset
• Strong personal organization skills
• Displays good emotional intelligence
• Extensive experience in preparing complex cash forecasts, cash flow analysis, and in building complex financial models and financial pro formas to evaluate various financial plans
• Strong communication and ability to present and prepare proposals to key stakeholders
• Fanatical orientation for detail
• Int./Adv. level user of Microsoft Excel 
• Ability to lead, coach and developing staff
