<p><strong>GUELPH, ON, APRIL 25, 2013</strong> – For the fourth time, Fusion Homes has been named by Tarion Warranty Corporation as the winner of the prestigious Award of Excellence – Ontario Builder of the Year in the large-volume builder category. This award recognizes home builders in Ontario based solely on their customer service delivery. Fusion Homes is the only builder in history to win this award four times in the low-rise division.</p>
<p>“Our team has a relentless focus on providing the highest level of customer service and this award is a reflection of our commitment to providing clients with a high-quality product and an exceptional customer service experience,” says Fusion Homes President Lee Piccoli. “This award is determined by home buyers and is therefore the most highly-valued award in our industry.”</p>
<p>In its 13<sup>th</sup> year of operation, this is the sixth time Fusion Homes has been recognized by the Tarion Warranty Corporation. In addition to this year’s win, the company won the Tarion Award in 2008, 2010 and 2012.  The builder was also a finalist in 2005 and 2011.</p>
<p>“Customer service is the most important part of the Fusion Homes experience. From the time a client walks through the door of one of our sales centres, through the construction process and after move-in, customer satisfaction remains our highest priority,” says Piccoli. “The support of all our industry partners – including land developers, trades, suppliers and financial institutions – plays a huge role in our success. The dedication of these team members is the reason we have never missed a closing date and never compromise quality, and why we continue to exceed client expectations.”</p>
<p>To determine the award recipients, a Harris Decima and Crunch Research survey was    sent to 40,000 Ontario homeowners who took possession of a new home between     October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012. Survey questions cover every stage of the homeowner-builder relationship beginning with signing the agreement of purchase and sale, through construction, pre-delivery inspection, and after-sales service.</p>
<p>“Happy, satisfied homeowners are the best indicator of good customer service. Tarion Award of Excellence winners are decided by homeowner feedback and recognize builders who go the extra mile to put their purchasers first,” says Howard Bogach, Tarion President and CEO. “We congratulate the winners and all finalists for being leaders in customer service excellence.”</p>
