At Fusion Homes we understand that everyone’s timeline for buying a new house is different. Some buyers want to be involved in making every decision every step along the way . Other buyers are looking to get into their brand new Fusion Home as quickly as possible.
To meet the varied needs of our buyers, we offer Quick-Closing Homes. These homes are sold at three distinct phases and can allow you to get into a brand new Fusion Home in as little as two weeks!
Please note that while these homes are listed at Foundation, Dry-Walled, or Fully-Built, each will vary in stages of completion. As a result, your closing date may differ from those suggested below. Please consult your Sales Professional for complete details.

Foundation Only
At the Foundation Only stage, the only portion of the construction process that has been completed is the pouring of the foundation. This means that as a buyer you are able to customize each and every aspect of your new Fusion Home. From the type of hardwood flooring, to the colour of the granite in the kitchen , to the size and location of the windows and walls, each choice is up to you. Additionally, because the foundation is already completed, you’ll be able to get into your Fusion Home a little bit sooner than if you had started from scratch.
Dry-Walled
At the Dry-Walled stage, all major structural decisions have been made (wall locations, window and door sizes and locations, etc.) and all rooms in the house have been dry-walled. As a buyer, you are still able to make all the decisions necessary to truly customize your home. You can choose your flooring materials and colours, your kitchen cabinets and countertops, your bathroom fixtures and tiles, and the list goes on. The beauty of a Dry-Walled Quick-Closing Home is that from the day you buy, you can be in your new home in approximately two months.
Fully Built
Fully Built Quick-Closing homes are being brought to completion. All interior and exterior colour selections have been hand-picked by our interior design team based on our most-popular customer selections and to best suit the model of home constructed. Not only can we assure you that you’ll love everything about a Fully Built Quick-Closing Home, but we can have you in your brand-new homes in as little as two short weeks.
